Educational Qualifications:
Company Secretary
(1) Be a Graduate Degree holder from a recognized University.
(2) Be an Associate/ Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
(3) Experience – Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience [after passing of Company Secretaries Final Examination]
Deputy Manager
(1) Be a Graduate Degree holder from a recognized university.
(2) I.C.A.I./ I.C.W.A./ MBA (Finance) recognized by UGC.
(3) Experience – Minimum 08 years of post-qualification experience [after passing I.C.A.I./ I.C.W.A./ MBA (Finance)] in dealing with all areas of Direct taxes like Managing assessments, TDS, Advance Tax, Tax Returns, developing an effective tax strategy.
